The APM company was established in 1994 on the initiative of Aleksander Konior, Paweł Piwowarczyk, and Marek Konior. Since the beginning of its activity, the company renders on the Road Traffic Safety Devices Market. In the traffic systems integration area APM is positioned as the expert, especially in the VMS area. Comprehensive projects realized by the company include: audit, preparation of the design concept, realization and implementation of the designed solutions, as well as technical support.

The company has a wide variety of receivers who ,among others, represent road and highway general contractors, road administrators, road infrastructure designers and Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad (General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways).

APM owes its strong position particularly to the long-standing experience on the domestic market, advanced knowledge, developed technological base, and international contacts that allow the company to offer a wide range of products that meet the highest West European standards. All devices that are in offer have suitable certificates confirming the quality of their workmanship.
